Rich has been at First Parish Church since July of 1995. He was born in Pennsylvania and vacationed in Maine many summers.

Rich is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, Princeton Theological Seminary, and Eastern University. He has two sons, Benjamin and Samuel.

He enjoys the wide variety of pastoral work -- preaching, worship, visitation, crisis ministry, spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, teaching, youth work, and committee work.

He loves music, and all styles from classical to folk to rock to jazz. His favorite style is contemporary Christian music, a style that he often incorporates into First Parish worship services.
